This video file is about 230mb which will take you a while to download so please be patient. However, it is good quality which means you can easily turn it into a DVD or project it from your computer onto a large screen. If you have no idea what I’ve just said ask a young person in your group. Most of them are more than happy to demonstrate their tech skills to you!
